This project investigates the systemic "Cost" of modern digital distraction and the hidden "Worth" of Boredom. In an era of constant connectivity, the human brain’s ability to enter an "idle state" has been disrupted. We treat boredom as a problem to be solved with high-stimulation apps (Social Media, Video Streaming), which effectively "overloads" the user's cognitive bandwidth without providing value. This project uses the Worth-Focused Design (WFD) framework to re-examine boredom not as a negative emotion, but as a necessary cognitive utility for reflection, creativity, and mental recovery.
